In order to register, first sign up by clicking the “Register”. Once you create a username and password, you can return to aDuranexorepos, LLC and you’ll be prompted to register to bid.

In order to place a bid, you first have to register, which we’ve explained above. Once you’ve registered and you’ve found a car you’re interested in buying, bidding is easy – just click the “Place Bid” icon on a vehicle’s listing page. Then, you’re prompted to enter your bid amount.Your bid must be higher than the previous bid, of course – and depending on the current bidding level, there may be a minimum increase over the previous bid.

All bids on aDuranexorepos, LLC are in United States Dollars (USD), including on vehicles sold in Canada.

Yes, however you will need to pay in full for the vehicle promptly following the close of the auction, just like all other buyers. Additionally, any logistics, import fees, transportation, legal dues, and/or other items needed to export/import the vehicle are entirely the buyer’s responsibility. Please ensure you’re aware of all these rules and you have everything fully in place prior to bidding. The close of the auction is not the time to begin researching transportation logistics and import regulations.

We don’t. The financial institutions, banks and other institutions ask for verification. By law, KYC (know your customer) is required for all financial institutions to establish the legitimacy of a customer’s identity and identify risk factors. KYC procedures help prevent identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud, terrorism financing, and other financial crimes. “United States: Pursuant to the USA Patriot Act of 2001, the Secretary of the Treasury was required to finalize regulations before October 26, 2002 making KYC mandatory for all US financial.”

Keep in mind that our assets have liens on the title. The lien will be released after the payment is received. In this case financing is not an option.

We are a repossession company, we do not have a showroom or an inspection facility. That’s why all sales are based exclusively on delivery. It also helps us to keep the prices down. We offer a free 1,000 miles delivery and $1 per mile after the free distance. The delivery process starts the next day after the payment is confirmed.

Accepted payment method is bank wire transfer. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards anymore.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of your request—no questions asked. Delivery is free of charge.

If the highest bidder does not complete the transaction in accordance with the auction terms and conditions, we reserve the right to extend a Second Chance Offer to another bidder at that bidder’s highest valid bid. This allows the next eligible bidder to proceed with the purchase without submitting a new bid. If a Second Chance Offer is issued, the bidder will be contacted directly with more instructions. All Second Chance Offers are time-sensitive and must be accepted within the specified timeframe to remain valid.
